*DANCERS SHOULD BE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THEIR DANCE CLASS.
We do not allow students to wait outside alone, waiting for their ride. Please be respectful of our time, as we are respectful of yours.

*If you have a student in multiple classes, or siblings, we cannot guarantee they will be in the same recital performance.

*If you bounce a check, ALL FUTURE PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN CASH OR MONEY ORDER.

*TDC does not automatically close if schools are closed due to inclement weather. We will send out emails and post on our Facebook page the status of classes for the afternoon/evening. These classes will be made up at a later date.

The Dance Conservatory 2023-2024

September 1st: Tuition due.

Monday September 11th: Classes begin.

October 1st: Competitive Costume payment due, $80per class (if costume is more than $80, additional fees due Dec 1st)

November 1st: Recreational Costume payment due, $75 per class for classes aged 3-4, 4-5 and 5-6 years. $80 for classes 7 years and up.

Monday November 20th - Sunday November 26th: studio closed, classes will NOT be made up.

December 1st: Tuition due

December 1st: Additional competitive costume fees due, if applicable

Saturday December 23rd: Friday January 5th: studio closed for winter break, classes will NOT be made up.

March 1st: Tuition due

March: Onstage rehearsals, Dress Rehearsals, and Recital line ups will be emailed and/or posted.

April 1st - April 5th: Studio closed for Spring break, classes will NOT be made up.

April: Costumes sent home if there is a $0 balance on the account

April TBD: Limited ticket sales begin for TDC families.

May TBD: Ticket sales open to the public.

May TBD: Studio Spirit Week!

May TBD: Online ticket sales end.

Monday May 27th: Closed for Memorial Day

May 28th-29th: Onstage Rehearsals at the CPAC. Schedules posted in March

May 30th: Dress Rehearsals at the CPAC. Schedules posted in March. Mandatory to participate in Recital.

Saturday June 1st, 2024: Recital Day- Line ups posted in March.
