Dancer Border The Dance Conservatory

Miss Sydney

Miss Sydney started dancing at the age of 3 and has been with The Dance Conservatory since the beginning. She has trained in many styles of dance including ballet, tap, hip hop, modern, jazz and lyrical. At the age of 6 she joined the competitive team, traveling to various competitions around Michigan and continued to do so up until she graduated high school. After graduating from Potterville High School in 2019, Miss Sydney began attending Michigan State University. She is currently pursuing a degree in animal science, as well as being a member of the Michigan State University Dance Team. With this athletic program, she performs at various sporting events including mens and woman’s basketball, volleyball and football, as well as other community based events. She also competes at UDA nationals in Disney World with the msu dance team, competing in the jazz, pom and game day division. This experience has introduced her to new styles of dance and has given her the opportunity to work with dancers and coaches from all different backgrounds. Miss Sydney is most excited to be back at her home studio weekly to share her love for dance with everyone she crosses paths with. She is eager to continue expanding her knowledge of dance and work along side her past instructors.
